We are seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join our team remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining data infrastructure that enables data-driven decision-making and supports our business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable, fault-tolerant data pipelines and infrastructure
• Develop and maintain data warehousing and ETL systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address data-related challenges
• Ensure data quality and accuracy through testing and monitoring
• Write production-level code to implement data engineering solutions
• Mentor and lead a team of data engineers

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering or related field
• Strong proficiency in Python, Java, and/or Scala
• Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark)
• Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL tools (e.g., Redshift, Airflow)
• Knowledge of SQL and database design principles
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
